Info Marine is realizing project of testbed of thrusters for Rolls-Royce Poland Sp. z o.o.. The testbed will be localized in Gdynia in the Head Office of Rolls-Royce Poland Sp. z o.o..
The testbed is designed to indicate in actual time parameters mentioned below:
Pressures of oil
The oil quality according to ISO 4406
Oil temperature
Surface temperature of critical points in thruster
Oil flow
Rotational speed of electrical motor
Total value velocity RMS of vibrations from sensors placed on thruster
Total envelope value of vibrations (indicated condition of bearings) from sensors placed on thruster
All mentioned parameters are stored on the computer and can be easily displayed in form of chart or table whenever they are needed. With this testbed Rolls-Royce Poland Sp. z o.o. will be able to perform complex analysis of thruster and indicate all sources of thruster abnormalities.:
